DualBitz
Who is DualBitz?

Well, DualBitz is a team of two persons, Thomas Haaks (Tomahawk, me) and Thomas (Bahototh) Finholm. We both joined forces to create the game Theralite.
After finishing my first complete game They Come and working on some Ludum Dare entries I wanted to create another somewhat bigger game.
And because creating graphics is my personal cryptonite (same as creating sfx or music) I modified my Twitter profile and asked for some pixel artist who would join me in creating a new game.
Luckily Thomas approached me and we started exchanging ideas back and forth.
Pretty fast we discovered that we both love classic roguelikes! I was a fan of Larn and Adom, and Bahototh completed Nethack several times successfully!
So we agreed on a roguelike with a Sci-Fi setting. Bahototh started to create pixelart with an incredible speed and I had a playable prototype in a short time (made with GameMaker).
Our brains popped up tons of ideas that Thomas pixeled and I coded. The growing complexity made me feel uncomfortable in GameMaker and I had already started looking at Godot with it's support for C#.
Finally I decided to take the plunge and switch development over to Godot and C#. This did cost us a full year while I was porting the existing GameMaker code base over to Godot and C#. I didn't regret this decision at all.
Now we are just a short while away from releasing our first demo of Theralite and then a complete game not too long afterwards!
